Health & Safety Policies
Except in the instances where required by an artist of a particular show, currently there are no vaccine / health check requirements to enter The Rooftop at Pier 17.
AS SHOWS CAN VARY, PLEASE CHECK YOUR CONCERT’S CORRELATING EVENT PAGE FOR ITS LATEST GUIDELINES – FIND HERE.
The General Admission entrance for The Rooftop is located on the Brooklyn Bridge side of Pier 17. To access, walk towards the water, looping around the East River edge of our building until you reach the Heineken Riverdeck on the Brooklyn Bridge side of Pier 17.
Guests who require special accommodations may enter using the elevators located near the Box Offices.
Once your ticket is scanned, no re-entry is allowed if you leave venue.
For safety and other reasons, guests are prohibited from bringing certain items into the venue. Some restricted items are:
• Bags larger than 14”x14”x6″
• Signs exceeding 11″x17″ or pole attached
• Selfie sticks
• Cameras with detachable lens over 2.5”
• Laptops/tablets larger than 14″
• Weapons or illegal drugs
• Outside food/drinks
• Recording devices

All guests will be subject to a security check which will include magnetometers, wands, bag checks, etc. prior to entering the venue and are encouraged to arrive early to account for this process.
The Rooftop at Pier 17 reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest not in compliance with the safety requirements, including wearing a proper face covering.
Mobile Tickets: All guests are encouraged to download mobile tickets via the Ticketmaster Mobile App and add the tickets to their phone’s wallet prior to arrival to ensure quickest entry.Download App
Ticket Policy: All shows are All Ages, unless otherwise noted on a show’s event page. Children 2 years old and younger may enter free of charge (with no ticket) with an accompanying ticketed adult.
No re-entry allowed.
Box Office is located on Pier 17’s ground floor on its west side, closer to Tin Building’s backside.
The Box Office will open on select on-sale dates, and starting April 3 on Mondays – Saturdays from 12:00PM to 6:00PM.

The Rooftop is an outdoor venue, so please dress accordingly. All events are rain or shine.

We’ve increased our cleaning throughout the venue and are sanitizing high-touch areas hourly.
For your convenience, there are hand-sanitizing stations located throughout the venue, and sinks for hand washing available in the 4th Floor restrooms.
The merchandise stand is located on Level 4 of Pier 17, near the restrooms.
All performances will conclude no later than 10:00PM. Fans are suggested to arrive early.
Fans are not allowed to campout on venue property overnight any days prior, but we welcome all ticket holders to arrive the day of their show when Pier 17 opens at 11:00AM.
