Entrance

Concert main entrance is located at the Heineken Riverdeck, which is on the Brooklyn Bridge side of Pier 17’s ground floor.

Guests who require special accommodations may instead enter The Rooftop using the elevators located near the AXS Box Office.

Once your ticket is scanned, no re-entry is allowed if you leave the venue.

Carry-in Policy

For safety and other reasons, guests are prohibited from bringing certain items into the venue. Some restricted items are:

• Umbrellas
• Bags larger than 14”x14”x6″
• Signs exceeding 11″x17″ or pole attached
• Selfie sticks
• Cameras with detachable lens over 2.5”
• Recording devices / GoPro
• Laptop/tablet larger than 14″
• Weapons or illegal drugs
• Outside food/drinks

Ticketing

Mobile Tickets: All guests are encouraged to download the latest version of the AXS app to their mobile prior to arrival. Then have your AXS mobile ID (digital ticket) ready to be scanned to ensure quickest entry.
AXS App

Ticket Policy: All shows are all ages, unless otherwise noted on a show’s event page. Children 2 years old and younger may enter free of charge (with no ticket) with an accompanying ticketed adult.

No re-entry allowed.

AXS Box Office

The AXS Box Office is located on Pier 17’s ground floor on its west side, closer to Tin Building’s backside.

Operating Hours:
Mondays – Saturdays: 12:00PM – 6:00PM.
Plus, concert nights.

Security

All guests will be subject to a security check which will include magnetometers, wands, bag checks, etc. prior to entering the venue and are encouraged to arrive early to account for this process.

The Rooftop at Pier 17 reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest not in compliance with the safety requirements, including wearing a proper face covering.

Weather

The Rooftop is an outdoor concert venue from May through October, so please dress accordingly. All outdoor events are rain or shine.

Should lightning approach the surrounding area, safety instructions will be communicated in-person and performances paused.

Water Bottle Policy

Water fountains are located on the 4th Floor.

One reusable non-glass water bottle is permitted per guest but it must be 18 oz. or less in size, and be empty prior to entering the concert venue.

Please note, water bottle policy is subject to change per performing artist’s request.

Concessions

Concert guests have access to purchase concessions from specially curated menus and premium drink stations on The Rooftop at Pier 17.

Merchandise

The merchandise stand is located on the 4th floor of Pier 17, near the restroom entrances.

10:00PM Curfew

All outdoor performances will conclude no later than 10:00PM. Fans are suggested to arrive early.

Pre-Show Campout

Fans are not allowed to campout on venue property overnight any days prior, but we welcome all ticket holders to arrive the day of their show when the greater Pier 17 opens at 11:00AM.
